Taylor - Nancy Paddock

Mrs. Nancy E. TAYLOR, who has been seriously ill at the home of her son, Roy Taylor near Byron for several months died at half past two on Sunday afternoon. Funeral services at the Byron Christian Church on Tuesday were in charge of Rev. John Servies. The casket was carried by Harry, Charles, Paul, Frank & Warren Paddock and Earl Philpott. The flowers were carried by Misses Betty Taylor, Dorothy Taylor, Verna Harvis (Jarvis?), Bernice Taylor, Ruby Taylor and Aline Taylor. Mrs. Fred Mitchell and Mrs. Virginia Hunsicker sang with Mrs. Forest Coleman at the piano. Burial at Bethany Cemetery. Mrs. Taylor was the daughter of William and Mary A. Paddock and was born in Vigo County October 22, 1863. She married Samuel Taylor in October 1884. She is survived by four sons: John of Marshall; Grant of Kingman; Charles of Rockville; and Roy of Byron. The husband and four daughters are dead. She was a member of the Church of God. - kbz
