Mr. James L. Taylor, a respected citizen of this vicinity, died suddenly of heart disease on the morning of the 28th. He was out on his farm the day before and wanted to attend the election, but his friends thought it not best. He died almost without a moment's warning.
Thanks so much to Kim H. for this one -- don't find 'em back this far very often and even though it is short and with no genealogical information, it does tell when he died and how the family was concerned and love that he wanted to attend the election :) kz
