Taylor - Frank Wade

Source: Crawfordsville Weekly Journal, 23 June 1899

At St. Louis on Thursday, June 15, Frank Wade Taylor, beloved and only child of W. E and Mary Taylor, died of whooping cough, aged three years and six months. The bereavement was rendered doubly sad in that the little one was with its mother on a visit to relatives in St. Louis, and the father at their home in Orange, N. J., unable to arrive in time to see his darling before the gentle spirit took its flight heavenward. Frankie was an uncommonly bright little fellow, already devoted to his Sunday school and a favorite with all who knew him. The deepest sympathy of many friends is with his parents in their great loss. He was the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wade, of this city, and to them also the warmest sympathy is extended. Of such is the kingdom of heaven, and though the little light has gone out on earth, it only shines the brighter where it waits for its loved ones up yonder. - thanks to Kim H
