Robert Tapp was called to Kokomo Friday by the critical illness of his mother, who was visiting a daughter there. Her illness was pneumonia which terminated fatally on Sunday. The funeral was held at the Christian Church in Ladoga, of which Mrs. Tapp was a member on Tuesday. Burial in Ladoga Cemetery. Mrs. Tapp, who maiden name was Hon, was born in Montgomery County, Kentucky 70 years ago. For some time she has been making her home with her son Robert in summer and in winter with her daughter in Kokomo. Of her 10 children, 9 survive: Mrs. Leo Schweitzer of Crawfordsville; Mrs. Elizabeth Pratt, Montana; Mrs. Tad Moore and Mrs. Frances McCord, Rockville; Mrs. Knoepple, Kokomo and Mrs. Zora Alexander, Chicago, Robert Tapp of Waveland, Perry Tapp of Jamestown and David Tapp of Dearborn, Michigan. -- kbz
