Crawfordsville, Ind Dec 30 – Max M. Tannenbaum, 70, merchant of Crawfordsville for 50 years died last night after a short illness.
Crawfordsville, Dec 29 – Max M. Tannenbaum, 70 years old, merchant of this city for 50 years died tonight at the local hospital after being ill since Friday. He was a native of Germany, coming to this country when he was 19 and settling in Bloomington. Later he came here and entered business with his brother, Sol K. Tannenbaum, who survives. Other survivors are the widow, Ida Tannenbaum and two sons, Dr. Norman Treves and Max Jr. both of New York. Two sisters live abroad. Funeral services will be held here Wednesday after which the body will be cremated in Indianapolis.
