Funeral services were held Monday at the Mattox Funeral Home in Fontanet for William THOMAS, 69 who died Friday, April 11, 1958. Burial was in Sulphur Springs Cemetery. Surviving are the wife, Cora; four daughters, Mrs. Vada Devers of Montezuma; Mrs. Ruth Mennelly, RR 6, Terre Haute; Mrs. Dorothy Smith of Seelyville and Mrs. Frances Haywood of Fontanet, two sons, William of Terre Haute and Elmo Thomas, RR 6, Terre Haute; one sister, Mrs. Anna Hanky of Terre Haute and 12 grandchildren.
