Dr. A. A. Swope and Mrs. Schuyler Kennedy received word yesterday of the death of their brother, B. E. Swope at his home in Coatsville, Hendricks County. Yesterday morning at 11 o'clock Dr. Swope was notified of his brother's serious ilness. Before he had time to prepare to go to Coatesville a second message was sent telling of the death. The cause of the sudden demise was not stated. Dr. Swope and Mrs. Kennedy departed last night for Coatesville. The deceased visited this city Christmas. he was well known here having made frequent visits. At the time of his last stay in the city he was in good health. Mr. Swope was 53. His wife died several years ago. The only near relatives surviving besides the brother and sister here is a brother, Dr. Ray Swope of Rockville. Dr. Swope will return to this city today
