C. Imogene Krug Swan, 91, West Lafayette and formerly of Waynetown died 9 p.m. Monday inu Westminster Village, West Lafayette. Mrs. Swan served as Montgomery County Treasurer from 1963-70 and had been manager of the Montgomery County License Branch. She was active in the county Republican party service as vice chairman. Other memberships included ALamo Order of Eastern Star, National Society Daughtesr of the American Revolution, Psi Iota Xi Beta Chi Chapter Waynetown and Wesley Chapel Church. She graduated from Waynetown HS. She was born March 15 1910 at Montgomery COunty to Charles and Eva Roberts Logan. sHe married Harry Krug Spet 28, 1929 at Montgomery COunty. He died March 15, 1960. She then married Virgil Swan Oct 1, 1969 at Waynetown. He died June 18, 1973. Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Blair, West Lafayette; three grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A sister and two brothers are deceased. Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Saturday in Shoemaker Funeral Home, Waynetown with the Rev. Ron Raffignone officiatnig. Burial will be in Waynetown masonic Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services.
