Hillsboro, Dec. 16—Clyde Sutton, 62, a former resident of the vicinity of Hillsboro, met with accidental death at his home in White Cloud, Mich., about 7 o'clock Wednesday evening when he fell from the roof of his home. The chimney had been causing trouble and he had climbed onto the roof of the house to make some repairs. Mrs. Sutton was at home but she did not know what he was doing. On going into the yard she found his body lying on the ground. Mr. Sutton was a truck service man for the county garage located at White Cloud, where they had resided for several years. Mr. Sutton was the son of Benjamin and Mattie Sutton, and was born on a farm northwest of Hillsboro. He was married to Zeta Snyder, of Hillsboro more than 30 years ago. The widow survives with two sons, Forest and Clyde, Jr., both of White Cloud and one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Miller, of Muskgeen, Mich. He also leaves three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Foster, White Cloud, Mrs. Gertrude LaBaw, of Stone Bluff and Mrs. Kathryn Slusser, of Newtown and one brother, Hugh Sutton, of Lafayette. Funeral services will be held at White Cloud with burial there. --typed by Walt W
