COVINGTON - Funeral services for Mrs. Electia Sutton, age 79, of Judson, m other of Roscoe Sutton of Attica, who died early Monday morning, Dec. 1 6, in the Carmen Nursing Home in Crawfordsville, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Machledt & Servies Funeral Home in Waveland. Burial was in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
Mrs. Sutton, a native of Kentucky, was born in Tompkinsville, April 10, 1889, the daughter of George and Sallie Whitaker Pyle. She was married April 18, 1906, to Tiara C. Sutton, who preceded her in death in 1956. The couple operated a farm before their retirement. She was a member of the Judson Baptist Ladies Aid, and also was affiliated with a Kentucky Methodist Church.
Surviving, in addition to the son in Attica, are: a grandson, Terry; one sister, Mrs. Raymond (Ava) Moore of Waveland and several nieces and nephews .
