Mrs. Elizabeth Stump, aged 81 years, wife of John Stump, died Wednesday at her home near Union Chapel, southwest of the city, of dropsy, after an extended illness. Her husband survives her, there being no children. The funeral occurred Friday afternoon at Union Chapel, conducted by Rev. Mater, of the United Brethren Church, of which the deceased was a member. Interment was at the Weir Cemetery.
