Byron (Penny) Finley Stull, 47, 511 S. Water St., died Saturday night in Culver Hospital where he had been a patient five days. Mr. Stull owned and operated the Do-Nut Dunk Restaurant, 128 S. Washinton St., and was an accountant for Layne's Insulation & Roofing Co. He was educated in Montgomery County schools and was graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 1932. He also attended Olivet Nazarene College. Mr. Stull was a past president of Montgomery County Gideon Association. He also was a member of the Nazarene Church here and helped with its construction. A charter member of Pilgrim Holiness Chapel, he was a Sunday School teacher and was treasurer of the church and a member of its board. Mr. Stull was a veteran of World War II and served in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific a number of years. He was a member of the V-12 organization at Wabash College during World War II. He was born June 2, 1915 at Linden, a son of Earl and May Royer Stull. He was married Aug. 30, 1958 to Esther Zook. They were married at Winona Lake. Survivors include his mother; his wife; three brothers, Morris of near Crawfordsville, William of Riverside, Calif. and James of Rialto, Calif.; and four sisters, Mrs. Austin Stephens of Crawfordsville, Mrs. John Sheets of near Crawfordsville, Mrs. Homer Miller of Washon, Wash. and Mrs. June Allen of Seattle. He was preceded in death by a brother, John, who died in 1956. Funeral services will he conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Bright Funeral Home. Rev. Floyd Dunn, former pastor of Pilgrim Holiness Chapel who now is a member of the faculty at Olivet Nazarene College, will officiate. He will be assisted by Rev. Paul Isgrigg, pastor of Pilgrim Holiness Chapel. Interment with private graveside rites will be at Masonic Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Monday
