Stout - William Everett

William Everett STOUT native of the county and
widely known farmer, died at his home west of the city at 12:40 a.m.
Saturday after an illness of several months with complications. He was
born March 17, 1 861, son of Thomas and Elizabeth Miller Stout. He ws
first married to Eva Michaels who died in 1908, his second marriage was
to Edna Hays. Mr. Stout spent his entire life farming. He was a member
of the Mount Zion UB Church. Two sons, Virgil and Merle Stout preceded
him ind eath. He is survived by six children: Mrs. Maude Cruea; Mrs
Mary Burk; John A. Stout, Russell C. Stout and Fred Stout, all of
Crawfordsville and Clarence B. Stout of Kokomo. Also surviving are 11
grandchildren and 4 brothers; Charles and Valentine Sout of this city;
George Stout of Harlingen, TX and Albert Stout of Indianapolis.
Saturday at noon the body was removed form the Proffitt & Sons
Funeral Home to the late residence of the deceased where it remains
until Monday at noon. At that time it will be taken to Mt. Zion Church
where the funeral will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon in charge
of Rev. CJ Rousch and Rev. John Servies. Burial will be made in Oak Hill
