Mrs. Catherine Stith, the mother of Mrs. FM Alston, died at the home of Mrs. William Gilliland also a daughter on Thursday afternoon. She was stricken with paralysis about midnight on Wednesday. She was 82 years old. The funeral took place at Mt. Zion Church near New Ross on Saturday under charge of Rev. Mr. Carney – kbz
