Stilwell - Susana Coons
Source: Saturday Evening Journal, December 9, 1882
Mrs. Susana Stilwell died at her late residence, on East College street, early Wednesday morning of consumption. For the past four years she has been a victim to the dread disease but not until the past year and a half has she been confined to her bed. A change for the better was manifested in her condition on Tuesday and her death was not expected so soon. Her husband died eighteen years ago. She was the mother of six children, four of whom are living and have been present at her bedside. She was a consistent member of the Christian church. The funeral services were conducted at the late residence on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock and the remains were interred at Oak Hill cemetery. - thanks to Kim H
