Linden – Mrs. Clara E. (Parnell) Spitznagel, 83 of Rt 6, Crawfordsville died at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville, where she has ben a patient three weeks. She had been ill several years. She was born at Bondville, Ill, and moved to this community in 1926. She was a member of the Linden-Kirkpatrick United Methodist Church. She was married in 1904 to John G. and he died in 1943. Surviving are a son, Edward (Pete) Spitznagel of Rt 6, Crawfordsville; a daughter, Mrs. Paul H. McWilliams of Champaign, Ill; a brother, William J. Parnell also of Champaign and a sister, Mrs. Bertha McCrea of Kansas City, Mo. – kbz
