ROCKVILLE – Flossie Spencer, 86, who had been a resident of the Rockville area all her life, died Wednesday in Vermillion County Hospital at Clinton. She was a member of the Rockville Methodist Church. Her husband, James H. Spencer, is deceased. Surviving are nieces and nephews. Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in Tudor-Herrick Memorial Chapel with the Rev. James O. Trousdale officiating. Burial will be in Memory Garden Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday. – jlr
