Services for Cora Ellen Spencer, wife of Frank Spencer, were conducted in the Mt. Moriah church, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Mrs. Spencer, who was 73 years old, died in her home in Milligan at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon. She was a native of Parke County, the daughter of James and Matilda Lannin Johnson. Surviving are the husband, two sons, Raymond Spencer of Judson R. R. and Robert Spencer of Norfolk, Va.; and one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Coleman of Waveland. The funeral service was in charge of Rev. John Servies and was followed by burial in Mt. Moriah cemetery. -- kbz
