Ella, daughter of Daniel and Mary J. Foltz, was born Feb 22,
1872 and departed this life Dec 10, 1907, aged 35 years 9 months and 18 days.
She married Joseph W. Sowers, May 17, 1896. To them were born four children.
One son died in infancy. She is survived by the husband and three daughters,
Edith, 9 years old: Edna six years; and Pauline nine months. There is also an
aged father, three brothers and two sisters with other relatives and friends to
mourn the death of the dear one. She was
a constant but patient sufferer for two years. She lived in the belief of the
Lutheran doctrine, was reconciled to her maker and died a member of the
Lutheran Church near Wallace. She was interred at the cemetery of that church
after funeral services conducted by Rev. Whitman. - kbz
