Sowers, Aldine Johnson - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Crawfordsville – Aldine Sowers, 75 died at 4:40 a.m. Tuesday in Culver Union Hospital.  She was a resident of the Ben Hur Nursing Home.  Born Dec 2, 1916 in Boswell she was educated at Boswell HS and was a homemaker.  Mrs. Sowers was a member of First United Methodist Church, American Legion Auxiliary, Order of Eastern Star and Tri Kappa sorority.  She married Clifford “Boots” Sowers in Boswell on Nov 14, 1937.  He died March 14, 1989.  Surviving are a son, Richard “Rick” Sowers of Crawfordsville and three daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Judy) Leuck of Grangeville, Idaho; Mrs. Richard (Nadine) Bastian of Fort Wayne and Mrs. Jeff (Cindy) Dawson of Crawfordsville.  ---transcribed by kbz
