Linden, May 27 – Services will be held at 2 Thursday in the Proffitt & Son Funeral Home, Crawfordsville for Andrew Jackson Sowders, 75, who died Tuesday at his home here. Rev. Ernest Ronk, Linden, will officiate and burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Born at Portland Mills, he operated a show shop and carpentered here many yers. Dec 6, 1887, he was married to Rocinda Pulliam. Surviving are the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Jessie King, Linden and a brother, Frank Sowders, Crawfordsville. - kbz
