Mrs. Elizabeth B. Southard, 67, a former resident of Crawfordsville, died at Home Hospital at 10:25 o’clock Sunday morning., She was making her home with her son-in-law and daughter, Rev. and Mrs. Ernest J. Yorger, 820 North Main Street, West Lafayette, Rev. Yorger being associate pastor of the Central Presbyterian and First Christian Churches. Her husband, Lot A. Southard died in 1932. Surviving with the daughter are a sister, Mrs. Walker Utter of Charlestown LA and three brothers, Harry Barr of Gary, Ill; Frank Barr of Whiting and Edward Barr of Crawfordsville. Body at the Soller-Baker Funeral Home after noon Monday for services there at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
