The unexpected death of Mrs. Lula A. Snyder 68 came Friday night Sept 19 at 10:30 p.m. at her home west of Hillsboro following a heart ailment. While she had been in declining health she was able to resume her household duties. Funearl service was held from the Hillsboro Christian Church at 2 p.m. Monday conducted by the local pastor, Rev. JT Moore of Indianapolis. Mrs. Lucile Parnell and Mrs. Vera Shade accompanied by Mrs. Maxine Bever sang Blessed Assurance... pal bearers were 4 nephews, Paul, Donald, and Robert Johns and Dick Nine. Other serving as pall bearers were Carl Epperson and Carl Snyder. Burial in Rose HIll Cemetery, Hillsboro.
