Raymond SPENCER of Judson RR age 54 a prominent Greene Twp
farmer, died suddenly of a heart attack in the car of Dr. C.
Harstad at 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning, April 29, en route to a
hospital. Born Aug 1, 1901, he was the son of Frank & Cora
Ellen Johnson Spencer. Survivors are the wife, Gladys; a son,
Keith of Judson RR; the father, Frank Spencer; a brother, Robert
of Washington, DC a sister Mrs. Forrest Coleman of Waveland; a
grandson and several nieces and nephews. The body was taken to
the McGaughey funeral home Russellville. Funeral services were
held at the Russellville Christian Church Tuesday afternoon at 2.
Rev. Dennis Warren officiated and burial was in Mt. Moriah
Cem.
