Small - Sarah McAllister - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Waynetown, Sept 13 - Sarah M. Small, 89, died at her home here TUesday afternoon at 3 o'clock of infirmities of old age, after a serious illness of four weeks. She had been in declining health for a year.  The deceased was born at Williamsport, Feb 9, 1843 the daughter of Charles and Sarah Owen McAllister. She was married Dec 31, 1868 to Elam Small who expired  Nov 11, 1909. She had resided in this vicinity for many years and was a a member of the Waynetown Christian Church.

Surviving are one son, Charles Small, two grandchildren, Paul Harvey and Flo Harvey.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of her son here with Rev. JC Burkhart of Crawfordsville in charge. Burial will be in the Waynetown Masonic cemetery.
