Waynetown - Guy Small, 75, who farmed most of his life in Fountain and Montgomery counties, died at 5 p.m. Monday at his home, 2 ½ miles east of here on Rt. 2 Waynetown. He had been ill three months, his condition becoming serious three days ago. Born Oct. 5, 1888 at Attica, he was a son of William and Virginia Glover Small. He was married Sept. 1, 1908 to Rhuie Kell at Covington. Mr. Small was a member of the Attica Christian Church. He attended schools in that community. Surviving besides the wife are two sons, Charles of Waynetown and Myron of Indianapolis; a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Stine of Danville, Ill; a brother, Omer of Terre Haute; a sister, Mrs. Mary Christley of Attica; two grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A brother and sister preceded him in death. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Thursday at the Servies Funeral Home. Rev. Guy Tremaine will officiate.
