The case against WF Myers for murder being charged with killing Branson Sloan in 1874, will come up for trial on Monday. It is rumored that owing to the fact that a child of Tom Cain of Darlington has smallpox and as he was a witness that the case would be continued. He is not a witness but his child has smallpox. The witness is Charlie Cain and he will be on hand to testify.
