Waynetown - Frank lester Skaggs, 55, died suddenly Monday at 2 p.m. while he was working for Charles Bullock in Covington. Born in Waynetown on April 5, 1900 he was the son of Emmet and Gertrude Stockdale Skaggs. Survivors include his father of Crown Point, a brother, Carl of Crown Point and one sister, Mrs. Fred Oglebay of Austin, Tex. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Grenard and Servies Funeral Home at Waynetown followed by burial at Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
