Leonard O. Sights, 91, of Indianapolis died Sunday in Turtle Creek Convalescent Center there. He had been a pipe fitter with the I. U. Medical Center and Hoosier Cardinal Corp. for several years, retiring in 1947. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles at Boonville. Mr. Sights was born in Henderson County, Kentucky, but resided at Indianapolis for 60 years. He is survived by three sons, Joe and William of Indianapolis and J. D. of Sacramento, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Mootz of Indianapolis; two step-sons, Roy A. Clark of Indianapolis and A. L. Clark of Rockford, Ill.; a step-daughter, Mrs. Pauline Bain of Speedway; a brother, George Aaron Sights of Corydon, Ky., and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home with graveside services at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Indian Creek Hill Cemetery at Browns Valley.
