Shepherd - Edwin
Source: New Richmond Record 26 Sept 1912 p 3
Word came to his brothers here last Friday that their brother, Edwin Shepherd had died suddenly on Tuesday evening in Wallace, Idaho. His home lie had made for some years in Colorado, but was engaged in the mines at Wallace, where he had worked that day, and while eating his supper fell off his chair and died instantly. Further particulars of his death are not known, but the family have written to Newton Shepherd at Cripple Creek, Colorado, for further particulars. Mr. Shepherd was the youngest of six brothers, four of whom are living. He was born and raised north of New Richmond but went west several years ago.
