Sexton - Martha Miller

Mrs. Martha Jane Sexton, wife of John Sexton who died two years ago died last night at 7:20 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. SC Fletcher, 502 Wayne Avenue. Mrs. Sexton, who was a life long resident of this county would have been 81 years old December 6 of this year. For the past two years she had lived in this city with her daught who formerly made her home in Wingate. She was twice married and leaves the following children: Gertrude M. Collum, Veedersburg; Albert Sexton, Wingate; Mrs. Fannie Noth, Crawfordsville and Mrs. SC Fletcher, Crawfordsville. She also leaves one sister, Mrs. Mary Largent of Crawfordsville. Mrs. Sexton had been ill for the last three months and death was due to infirmities of age. The deceased was a member of the Christian Church at Wingate. Funeral services for Mrs. Sexton will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Christian Church at Wingate with Rev. Martin of Mellott in charge of the services - kbz
