Crawfordsville, Ind Feb 20 – Only three Civil War veterans were left in Montgomery County today with the death of Peter G. Schreiner, 92 years old, who was with Gen. William T. Sherman on his march to the sea. Schreiner will be taken to Oldenburg for burial after a funeral tomorrow. He left 72 descendants. - kbz
