He was preceded in death by an infant son, Dale.

Waynetown - Willis Schenck, 76, of Rt. 1, Waynetown died Tuesday morning in Jeffersonville Hospital, Jeffersonville, Ind. Mr. Schenck was a lifetime farmer and had operated a maple syrup camp for 60 years. He was a member of Waynetown Christian Union Church, Waynetown Masonic Lodge and the former Waynetown Knights of Pythias. He was born Aug 19, 1916 the son of Forest and Opal Berry Schenck. He married Wilma Busenbark on March 5, 1938 at Crawfordsville. She survives.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday in Cramer-Shoemaker Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. Wes Ehrie and Mel Vance officiatnig. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Calling is from 5-7 p.m. Thurswday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to All Souls Hospice. - kbz
