Mrs. Adah B. Rusk, age 61, daughter of Mrs. Eva Laird and sister of Mrs. Oveta Klage and Mrs. Dollie Grubbs, all of Covington, was found dead in bed at her home two miles north of Waynetown at 6 a. m. Monday, Feb. 12. Mrs. Rusk was born Oct. 29, 1900, near Hillsboro, the daughter of Edward and Eva Furr Laird. She was married to Charles B. Rusk at Veedersburg on May 10, 1919. She was a member of the Waynetown Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband; a son, Charles E. Rusk of Bristol, Pa.; a daughter, Mrs. Josephine Myers, of Howe, Ind.; four grandchildren; her mother, Mrs. Eva Laird of Covington; two brothers, Harry Laird of Crawfordsville and Herschel Laird of Indianapolis and two sisters, Mrs. Oveta Klage and Mrs. Dollie Grubbs, both of Covington. Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. today, Wednesday, at the Waynetown Baptist Church with the Rev. Lewis Poore officiating. Interment was in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery, with the Crumley Funeral Home of Hillsboro in charge- ww

Mrs. Adah B. Rusk, 61, wife of Charles B. Rusk was found dead in bed at her home two miles north of Waynetown at 6 a.m. Monday. Mrs. Rusk was born Oct 29, 1900 the daughter of Edward and Eva Furr Laird near Hillsboro. She and Mr. Rusk were married in Veedersburg on May 10, 1919 and had resided on a farm most of their married life. She was a member of the Waynetown Baptist Church. Surviving besides her husband and her mother are a son, Charles E. Rusk of Bristol, Pa; a daughter, Mrs. Josephine Myers of Howe, Ind; two brothers, Harry Laid of Crawfordsville and Herschel Laird of Indianapolis; and two sisters, Mrs. Oveta Clage and Mrs. Dollie Grubbs both of Covington and four grandchildren. The body was at the Crumley Funeral Home in Hillsboro until the funeral service which was held at the Waynetown Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Wednesday with pastor, Lewis Poore officiating.
