Waynetown - Burrell Rosenbaum, 82 of Waynetown died at 5:40 p.m. Friday in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville. Mr. Rosenbaum was a retired farmer and had lived in the Waynetown area for 45 years. Prior to that he lived at Indianapolis where he was employed by the A&P Grocery chain. He was a member of Waynetown Christian Church and had been a member of the Waynetown Baptist Church for 50 years. He was past president of the Montgomery County Farm Bureau, Waynetown Masonic Lodge 302 F&AM and Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 498. He was a graduated of Bedford Indiana High School. He was born May 24, 1906 in Lawrence County to Ora and Jenny Russell Rosenbaum. He was married on June 22, 1929 to Mary Taylor. She died Aug 25, 1979. He later married Charlotte Brown on April 15, 1983. She survives. Also surviving are a son, Robert "Bob" Rosenbaum of Rt 1, Waynetown; a stepson, Mark Brown of Crawfordsville; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Colleeta Cash of Palmer, Alaska and Mrs. Susan Jones of Crawfordsville; four grandchildren; 7 stepgrandchildren; and a great grandson. A sister is deceased. Services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Monday in Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Stanwood officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday. Masonic rites will be at 7:300 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. - kbz
