Rose - Myrtle Zook - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Mrs. Myrtle L. Rose, 81, of 509 Wayne Avenue died at her residence Tuesday after being bedfast one week. She was born Feb 23, 1885, a daughter of Wilson and Emma Stout Zook. She married Frank B. Rose on Sept 2, 1906. They resided west of Crawfordsville until moving to their present residence July 4, 1965. Mrs. Rose was a member of Mt. Zion EUB Church and had been church pianist over 25 years. She also was a member of the ladies SS class. Surviving are her husband, a son Clarence Rose of Crawfordsville and three grandchildren, Mrs. Larry Merrill of Crawfordsville, Russell Rose of Cedarsville, Ohio and Miss Bonnie Rose of Xenia Ohio. She was precdeceased by an infant twin brother. Funeral services will be 2 pm. Friday at Bright Funeral Home where friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday. Revs. Henry Karg and Richard Clayton will officiate and burial in Wesley Cemetery.
