The funeral of Mrs. Thomas Robertson was held at the ME Church at three on Sun. afternoon, Rev. WW Speer officiating. The following obituary was read: Mary E. Giltner was born May 13, 1848, and died at her home in Waveland, September 25, 1914 aged 66 years, 4 months and 12 days. She was the youngest of a family of 11 children. Her father was Abraham B. Giltner and her mother Fancy T. Giltner, his second wife. Of the 10 half brothers and sisters, only one remains, Mrs. SN Boyland of Browns Valley. She was married to Thomas Robertson April 3, 1884, and is survived by her husband and three daughters: Mrs. Harry Hunt of New Market, Miss Anna and Bess, and one granddaughter, Evelyn Hunt. Mrs. Robertsons' death was due to heart trouble from which she had been a sufferer for many years. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church which she joined at the age of 18. She was a kind, loving and affectionate wife and mother and will be greatly missed by those who loved her. (a poem not included) kbz
