James R. RUSK, 65, died at 1:40 Friday afternoon Oct 14, 1955 at Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville. He had been in failing health for nearly 3 months and seriously ill the past 5 weeks. Mr. Rusk was formerly a telegraph operator for the B& O RR and once operated a store in Guion. Born in Guion, July 31, 1890, he was the son of Baltus and Mary Rusk. On June 15, 1918, he married Nettie Adams. He was a member of the Waveland Presbyterian Church. Survivors include the widow, five sons: James of Dayton, O; Richard of Marshall; Francis of Grand Rapids, O; Donald of Joliet, Ill; Robert of Guion; 3 daughters: Mrs. Ruth Dooley of Montezuma; Mrs. Mary McGaughey of Russellville and Mrs. Dorothy Koester of Sigel, Ill; a sister, Mrs. Lois South of Atlantic, Iowa and 14 grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Machledt Funeral Home here at 2:00 Tuesday with Rev. Richard Hudelson in charge. Interment in Bruin Cemetery, Guion.- typed by kbz
