WAYNETOWN -- George Runyan, 55, Indianapolis, a native of this community, died unexpectedly Sunday. In the insurance business in Indianapolis, he was stricken at his office and died after being taken home. He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Runyan. Surviving are the wife, Ruth Williams Runyan; a son, daughter and grandchild; three uncles, Will of Vauxhall, Alta., David (Bud) of Seattle, Wash., and Walter Runyan of Waynetown, and several cousins. Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Woodruff Baptist Church in Indianapolis, with burial in Washington Park Cemetery there. - kbz
