Wingate, March 19 – Mrs. Anna L. RITCHIE, 63, wife of William Ritchie, railroad telegraph operator here, died at 10:30 p.m. Monday at the residence, after a three-weeks’ illness. Born at Lincoln, Ill, she was married July 6, 1900 at Decatur, Illinois and had lived here 29 years. She was a member of the Methodist Church, a past matron of OES and a member of Rebekahs and the DAR, the latter in Crawfordsville. Surviving are the husband; a son, David who recently returned from service overseas; and a sister, Mrs. Catherine Hanles, Decatur, Ill. Body at residence after 2 Wednesday with services Thursday at 2, Wingate Methodist Church. Dickerson Funeral Home of Stockwell in charge. - kbz
