Funeral services were held for William Granville Rickey, 73, former Linden resident, at the Helms Funeral Home in Linden Thursday afternoon. Rev. Willis Syphers officiated. Burial was in the Linden Cemetery with the Linden American Legion Post in charge of graveside rites. Mr. Rickey died Monday at his home in Tilton, Ill., where he had lived since his departure from Linden three years ago.--waw
