ADVANCE -- Warren G. Richardson, 47, of Rt. 1, Jamestown, died Saturday morning in Methodist Hospital at Indianapolis. He had been hospitalized two weeks after suffering a heart attack. Mr. Richardson had been a farmer two miles southeast of here for the past 21 years. He was a member of the Dover Christian Church and American Legion at Advance. He was a 1940 graduate of Dover High School. He was a veteran of World War II, serving two years with the Army in Europe. A native of Boone County, he was born May 17, 1922 a son of Z. Ollie and Amy Bennington Richardson. He was married May 17, 1940, to Edith Gott. Surviving along with his widow are two daughters, Mrs. Ted (Sharon) Darnell of Rt. 1, Jamestown, and Miss Lenora Richardson, at home; a son, Gerald of Rt. 4, Lebanon; two brothers, Lawrence of Rt. 2, Thorntown, and Vernon of rural Lebanon; two sisters, Mrs. Owen (Mary) Staton of Rt. 1, Crawfordsville, and Miss Zona Richardson of Lebanon, and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie, a brother and a sister. Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Russell and Hitch Funeral Home at Lebanon with Rev. Wayne Kivett and Rev. Raymond Duff officiating. Interment will be in Dover Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.--waw
