Waynetown - Lynn Richardson, 80, of Waynetown died at 7 p.m. Friday in his home. Mr. Richardson had lived in this community 54 years. He was a distributor for Shell Oil, operating a station here until 1950. He also did carpenter work until his health failed. He was a member of the Waynetown Baptist Church and Friendly Circle Sunday School Class. He was a former deacon. He was active in the Waynetown Merchants' Association. He graduated from Perrysville HS in 1923, and from Danville Central Normal College. Born april 28, 1904 at Covington, he was a son of Manford and Myrta Neal (Noel?) Forrest on Feb 11, 1928 at Muncie. She survives. Also surviving are a son, Forrest Lynn of Waynetown; a daughter, Mrs. Roy (Clara Mae) McCormick of Muncie; a brother, Kenneth of Muncie; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Seven sisters are deceased. Services are scheduled at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Thomas Funeral Home here with Rev. James Hatfield officiating. Burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
