George R. Rice received word today that his mother died in London, England of bronchitis, at the advanced age of 83. Mrs. Rice was an invalid for several years past and suffered very much and Mr. Rice went to England and visited her four years ago after an absence of 35 years. Mr. Rice, Sr. died in London 5 years ago and was a pipe organ builder. There are two sons who survive, Samuel of London and George R. Rice of this city. kbz
