The will of Arthur T. Rice who was found dead at his home in the south part of the city earlier in the week was admitted to probate Friday morning in the Montgomery circuit court. The entire estate is left to Mrs. Frances B. Robertson who had been housekeeper for Mr. Rice was a number of years. The will was dated March 16, 1928. Mrs. Robertson was named executrix. Sability
