New Market, Dec 7 - Albert A. Rice, 77, died at his home one and one-half miles northeast of Browns Valley at 4 p.m. Sunday. He had been bedfast four weeks. The son of Jonathan and Mary F. Glenn Rice, he was born in Montgomery county, Feb. 14, 1870. Survivors include a son, Thomas H. Rice of Louisville, Ky., a daughter-in-law, mrs. Jessie Mae Rice, and a brother, Thomas W. Rice of Crawfordsville. his wife died in 1940. Funeral services will be held at the Noble Reeves funeral home here at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday with burial in Freedom cemetery.
