Crawfordsville – Mrs. Mattie E. Rhoads, 1012 East Pike
Street, died Saturday night in Culver Hospital after a two-day illness. A native of Montgomery County, she was
married in 1934 and was a member of the EUB Church. Surviving with the husband
are three stepdaughters, Mrs. Noble Carothers of Crawfordsville, Mrs. Jean
Davenport of Calfironia and Mrs. Thelma Alexander of Indianapolis, a
stepbrother, Robert Rhoads of Crawfordsville and a brother, Ora Faust of
