Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Administrator of the estate of Martha J. Reynolds, deceased will sell at public auction at the late residence of said decedent, 5 miles west of New Market, near Dowden school house, Montgomery County, Indiana at 10 o’clock a.m. on TUESDAY Feb 28, 1911 the following property towit: Horses – one grey mare. Cows – One Jersey giving good flow of milk. One Wagon, 40 sugar buckets, barrel, 1, 30-gallon iron kettle. Household and kitchen furniture – one set of chairs, table, bedsteads, sewing machine, stands, dishes, crocks, jars, glass cans, safe, cabinet and other articles too numerous to mention. I will also sell at public auction on the same day and the same place my personal property, towit: Horses – one bay mare, 9 years old in foal by Jack, broke to all harness; 1 roan gelding, 6 years old, broke to all harness; 1 brown mare 7 years old in foal by Joe M, broke to all harness and a good roadster; 1 gray mare 4 years old, broke double; 1 bay colt 2 years old; 1 bay colt 1 year old, sired by Rowdy Czar. Cattle – one black cow 6 years old will be fresh by day of sale; 1 black cow 3 years old, fresh first of March. Sheep – 8 ewes and 10 ewe lambs coming yearlings. Hogs – Five brook sows 4 with pigs by side; 10 head of shoats weight 65-80 lbs. Hay and Grain – Three tons of timothy; 4 or 5 tons mixed hay; 400 bushes of corn; 200 bushels of Big Four White Oats. Implements – One Deering binder; 1 good mowing machine; 1 corn planter good as new; 1 disc harrow, 2 spike tooth harrows, 1 spring tooth harrow; 1 one-horse harrow; 2 riding cultivators; 2 breaking plows; 1 hot rack; 1 hay ladder; 1 corn sheller; 1 garden plow; 1 set of dump boards; 1 cast bob sled; 1 sleigh; 1 end gate seeder; 1 roller; one side delivery clover seed buncher; 2 single buggies; one road cart; one set of leather work harness; one set of chain harness; one set double buggy harness; one set of single buggy harness. Stoves – one range cook stove, one Florence heating stove and other articles too numerous to mention. TERMS – A credit of 9 months will be given on all sums over $5.00; purchaser giving his note with approved security; if not paid at maturity said notes to draw 8% interest from date. $5 and under, cash. No property removed until terms are complied with. Five per cent, discount for cash on sales of my individual property. Charles J.
