Lewis REYNOLDS, formerly of Browns Valley, who was well known here was found dead in the rear room of the Wolf restaurant in Crawfordsville on Saturday afternoon. He had been staying with his daughter, Mrs. Leo THOMPSON but for the past few days had been at the home of Mrs. John Graham. Funeral services at the Browns Valley Christian Church on Monday were in charge of Rev. JH Wilson. Burial at Union Cemetery. Mr. Reynolds was born near Waveland June 17, 1856 and was the son of Andrew and Alice Reynolds. He married Alice E. Wright Dec 7, 1870 who died May 1932. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. Dalton Connor of Covington. It is an interesting coincidence that his old home in Browns Valley burned two days after his funeral. - kbz
