COVINGTON — Marvin Riley Remster, 30, died at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Ill., at 7 a.m. Saturday. He had been hospitalized three days. He was born Dec. 26, 1934, at Covington to Edward and Faye Schoaf Remster. He was married to Ann May Thomas June 27, 1959. He attended Perrysville schools and had worked as a service station attendant. Survivors include his parents of Rt. 3 Covington; his wife of Rt. 3 Covington; a daughter, Catherine, 6, at home; a son, Marvin, 5, at home: a brother, Samual of Rt. 3 Covington; a sister, Mrs. Patricia Lovalt of Rt. 1 Kingman; the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Julia May Remster of Rt. 3 Covington and the maternal grandparents, Asa and Leota Schoaf of Rt. 2 Otterbein. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home here. Burial will be in Cooper's Cemetery. Rev. Alfred Dobbs will officiate.
